St. John Lutheran Church of Romeo

The annual Meeting of the Congregation is scheduled for February 12, 2012 after the 10AM service.   (Approximately 11:30 am)  The service is EARLIER than NORMAL.

(Sunday school starts early at 9:45 also)

Written reports and election of Officers shall be conducted.  Please read and review the annual report available at the church office.

If I get a copy I will post it here.

Voting Members are eligible to attend and vote for Officers etc.

Voting members are confirmed members. Such confirmed members, during the current or preceding year, shall have communed in this congregation and shall have made a contribution of record to this congregation.  A quorom is 43 Voting Members.

Robert's Rules of Order shall apply.
